Spinach Salad With Orange Vinaigrette

2 (10-ounce) packages fresh baby spinach, stems removed and washed
2 cups mandarin oranges
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

In large serving bowl, combine spinach, oranges, and almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour over spinach mixture and toss to serve.
