Let the Good Times Roll! - February 24, 2014

Here it is Monday again.  Boy, those weekends fly by.  And this last weekend was pretty wet.  Nothing to do but stay inside and be creative.  Oh I guess I could have curled up and taken a nap.  The would have been nice.  Oh well lots of things to get done.  Layout class this week and our assisted living group.

Our second layout for the week is ready.  Having fun!!!

Better get everything cut.  This time I am cutting and recounting to make sure I cut everything.  Lately I have been missing one item.  The ladies have been so good and patient with me.

Vroom! - February 23,2014

Boy, was I surprised this morning when that rain moved in.  We are just having some crazy weather this Winter.  With all this rain our lawns are going to be popping soon.  I know all that pollen is falling all over the place.  Every time I think I should wash my car, here comes some rain.  Oh well what's a little dirt.

We have scrapbook class this week.  Oh my!!!  But I have one page done.  Can you believe that.  The first layout shows kids having some fun.  Love it!!!  It makes me happy when I see the joy on their faces.

Enjoy your day.  I am finishing the second layout.  Something about letting the good times roll????

Smiles 'til I see you.

Grand Pa - February 8, 2014

Boy, have we had some cold weather or what.  Even with all this cold weather we have had a yard full of beautiful Cardinals.  I guess compared to further North we are warm.  Yesterday and today looks like it could snow it is so overcast. Oh well, give me the cold any day.  Hot weather is what I don't like.

My 95 year old Mother-in-law fell and had to have a hip replacement.  She had a brief stay in the hospital and is now in rehab.  She is in great spirits and is doing well.  This fall scared her and she has decided to go to an assisted living facility.  Now I won't worry about her falling down the attic or cellar stairs.  So glad she had a panic button.  She had the paramedics there in no time.  Her biggest worry was that they had to break the door to get to her.

Our first layout for this Thursday is about those special people in our lives that bless us so much.

Here is a Great Grand Pa and two adorable little stinkers.   :-)     Love them!!!

Have a great day and I am off to work on the second LOVELY layout.  That is a little hint.

Smiles 'til I see you.
