Hot Spinach and Bacon Dip

Hot Spinach and Bacon Dip

1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
1 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (12-ounce) package bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain spinach and press between layers of paper towels; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add cheeses and spinach; beat until well blended.
Stir in bacon.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toast points.
