Let's Do Lunch - January 22, 2015

My goodness here we are at the tail end of January. It looks like tomorrow will be a rainy day for us.  Those are the kind of days you want to curl up and watch movies.  I know some of you want to read.  I used to read a lot until the eyes started going haywire. Now most of my reading is on Facebook or e-mails.Both those things you can pick up and leave anytime.  Once you are into a good book you are stuck.  You don't want to put it down.

Next Thursday is our layout class.  So I have the first page done.

February calendar:  Card class on the 3rd and 17th.  Layout class on the 12th and 26th. Make-up day is usually the second Saturday but the ladies reminded me that it will be on Valentine's day.   We will have make-up day on Friday the 13th.  I will let you know what days I will be at the shop for you to look through the available kits. Blitz will be on the 20th and the 21st.  Remember to please let me know ahead of time if you plan to attend any of the events.  I am not cutting extra kits.  An event maybe canceled because there are not enough people signed up.

Nuts About You - January 12, 2015

Back to a non Holiday schedule.  We have layout class this Thursday.  Here is the first layout and our second layout will be a Christmas theme.

We also have The Blitz this week.  Please let me know if you plan to attend.  I need to know if we have enough for two classes.

January 8, 2015

I cannot believe we are in the year 2015.  Seems too futuristic. I also can not believe how cold it is.  There were flurries in Jax this afternoon.  Yikes!!!!  I had ice on my fountain this morning.

Don't you just love it! You notice I took the picture from the patio.

Tomorrow I will be back at the shop if you need to pick out a card kit or two for Saturday's make-up day.  I'm only going to be there from 1:30-3:30.
