Here is a quick last minute gift idea. Package in a decorated jar and enclose serving instructions.

Hot Chocolate Mix

Yields about 100 servings.

1 (8-quart) box powdered milk
1 (6-ounce) package coffee creamer
1 (16-ounce) box instant chocolate drink mix (such as Nestle's Quick)
1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
7 tablespoons cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Store in airtight containers.

Use 1/3 cup of mix to 8 ounces of hot water.
