We are officially closed. August 27, 2016

I thank God everyday for my Brothers and Sister.  They always have my back.  The last couple of weeks my Sister has been with me every step of the way in Closing Scrappy Papers. When my brain and body slowed down, she stepped in.  Yesterday was the final clean out of everything.  She and my brother Frank were there loading and cleaning out.  Even with their busy lives they took time to help me.  Nothing is more important than family.  Little Sis made sure I did not leave the shop by myself.  And no, we were both so tired there were no tears!!! Thank you Geneva Royal Burroughs 😍.

The building Scrappy Papers is in has been sold.  We will be having some sales coming up in the next couple of weeks.  Everything is being sold.  Some of the fixtures have been sold. There are still a few left.  Keep checking the blog or our Facebook page for sale dates.

I would still be offering classes if I can find a place.  I am not looking to rent a a place.  We only do classes once a week. Then there is the occasional weekend class.  Let me know if you know of a place.

The dog days of Summer.  Times like this I appreciate those Winter days.  Official Summer has not even started.  Good grief!!!

This week was a scrapbook week.  We cancelled because so many are busy. Just let me know if you are interested in having a card class Tuesday the 14th.  The Blitz is the 17th and 18th.

What a great group of ladies in class today.  Thank you for being adventuresome and willing to keep going.  I had my fries. Passed on the hamburger.  There might have been a few nuggets here and there.  Now I am chilling and not thinking about another peek a boo card!!!

I have been busy cleaning closets out and going through trays of projects!!!  Oh my!!!  Who keeps hatching all this stuff?  Surely,  I am not a hoarder!!!! 😀😀😀😀 The ladies have helped by taking home magazines I have had stashed in my closet.  Notice I did not say hoard.  It seems every time I turn around there is a box or tray to clean out.  I finally stopped and cleaned off my desk so I can get to creating again.  

Saturday is the day to come in and catch up up cards you have missed.  I need to know if you are coming.  Gotta start putting all those stamps and dies together.  You know me.  I will probably forget to bring something.  Oh my more trays to clean up!!!!
